Through group exercise, the Movement Disorders Exercise Group at Good Shepherd Outpatient Rehabilitation-CedarPointe is dedicated to improving the quality of life of individuals who have been affected by stroke, Parkinson’s disease, osteoporosis or various arthritic disorders.

Participants engage in group exercise consisting of general stretching, strengthening, coordination and balance activities.

How much does the Movement Disorders Exercise Group cost?

• The cost of the program is $10 per session and is paid to the receptionist at the front desk. The first visit is free.

When is the exercise group held?

• Participants meet one time a week for one hour. Classes are offered from 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. on Thursdays.
