Good Shepherd Rehabilitation at Easton Hospital Honored for Positive Patient Outcomes4/1/2011
Easton, PA – Good Shepherd Rehabilitation at Easton Hospital  has been named a 2011 Top Performer by UDSMR (Uniform Data Systems for Medical Rehabilitation) for facilitating patient outcomes that are better than 90 percent of its subscribing facilities. UDSMR is the world’s largest provider of FIM (Functional Independence Measure) data. FIM is a test that shows the amount of progress patients make during their stay in an inpatient rehabilitation facility. The data is benchmarked against other rehabilitation units nationally.

Good Shepherd manages the post-acute care provided at Easton Hospital. The rehabilitation team provides inpatient rehabilitation care for stroke , musculoskeletal issues , amputation , neurological issues  and multiple traumas . Outpatient rehabilitation  care also is provided by Good Shepherd at the Easton Hospital location.
