Grateful Patient Program

Grateful Patient Program

Since our founding in 1908, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation has woven the compassion of our founding family, the Rakers, into every aspect of our endeavors. Many patients and visitors are comforted by that compassionate care and positive outcomes, and often want to do more than say, “Thank you.”

Good Shepherd’s Grateful Patient Program offers a way to recognize and celebrate those who made a difference for you or your loved one.

  • Did a Good Shepherd clinician or staff member make a difference during your visit or stay at Good Shepherd?
  • Did the expertise of our physicians ease your mind?
  • Did a Good Shepherd nurse go above-and-beyond the call of duty?
  • Did one of our therapists help you or a family member reach your goals quicker than you thought possible?
  • Did the cheerfulness of a Good Shepherd associate come at just the right time?
  • Did the smile of a volunteer make your day?

How to Show Your Gratitude

  1. You can share a message of thanks for a Good Shepherd associate, clinician or volunteer. Email your message of thanks directly to us; we will route it to the appropriate Good Shepherd team member(s) and their supervisor.
  2. Make a donation to support Good Shepherd’s mission.
