Cheryl Fisher oversees HR strategy and operations for Good Shepherd Rehabilitation and GSPP Rehabilitation, a joint venture with Penn Medicine. In her leadership role, Cheryl is responsible for talent acquisition and management, leadership development, succession planning, change management, organizational and performance management, onboarding, training and development and compensation/benefits for both organizations.
Previously, she served as vice president of human resources for Boston Beer Company, Houghton Specialty Chemicals and Alcoa.
Cheryl earned a master’s degree in business administration from DeSales University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cedar Crest College.
