ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network gathered in the Healing Gardens of South Allentown this week to recognize 16 therapists and therapist assistants for the 2022 ROSE (Recognition of Service Excellence) Awards.
The ROSE program provides a framework for Good Shepherd Associates to continually expand their expertise, passion and knowledge in the therapy disciplines and to develop new, innovative programs that can have long-lasting impacts across all of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network and the community.
ROSE is available to all physical therapists, recreational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physical therapist assistants and occupational therapist assistants.
Participation in the ROSE Program is voluntary and provides Associates an opportunity to share their achievements, specialized training/certifications and goals. The highlight of the application is a presentation to the program’s selection committee, where applicants share a performance improvement project opportunity or accomplishments and achievements from the past year.
Congratulations to all!
