ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network (GSRN) announced a number of recent hires and promotions within its Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT) departments.
Cheryl Fisher, SPHR, has been hired as chief human resources officer at GSRN. She oversees HR operations for GSRN and its Philadelphia-based joint venture with Penn Medicine, Good Shepherd Penn Partners (GSPP). Fisher (top, middle) has broad responsibility for all human resources strategy and operations, including talent acquisition and management, leadership development, succession planning, change management, organizational and performance management, onboarding, training and development and compensation/benefits. Previously, Fisher was vice president of human resources for Boston Beer Company, Houghton Specialty Chemicals and Alcoa. She earned her MBA from DeSales University and her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cedar Crest College.
Terence “Terry” O’Neil has joined GSRN as chief information officer (CIO). O’Neil (top, left) is responsible for delivering strategic and tactical IT planning and implementations that support GSRN and GSPP’s operations. Prior to joining GSRN, O’Neil was Regional CIO at Trinity Health in Newtown Square, PA. O’Neil earned his bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College and studied for his MBA at Saint Joseph’s University.
Scott Moynihan, PHR, has been hired as administrative director of HR. He most recently served as director of human resources for Wind Creek Bethlehem. Moynihan (top, right) is responsible for strategic planning and development of policies, procedures, new programs and employee relations for human resources, as well as establishing compliance standards and talent acquisition strategies.
Stephen Hutchings has been named director of applications. Hutchings is responsible for the planning, operation and overall management of IT application services, including staffing, vendor services and health-care IT systems support.
Joshua Kreider has been promoted to manager of infrastructure. Kreider is responsible for the planning, operation and overall management of IT infrastructure services, including staffing, vendor services and IT technologies.
Michael Catucci has been hired as IT security manager. Catucci is responsible for the planning, operation and overall management of IT security, including staffing, vendor services and technology.
Marsha Sansculotte has been promoted to contract manager. In her new role, Sansculotte is responsible for supervising contract management and workflow for both GSRN and GSPP.
