Golf Performance and Injury Prevention Program

Professionally reviewed by Charlie Eberling, PT, DPT, CWCE, TPI, Manager, Outpatient Services, on 02/25/2023.

Good Shepherd’s Golf Performance and Injury Prevention Program is a fitness-based program that is an excellent complement to traditional golf training programs.

This program is based on a simple TPI philosophy:

“We do not believe in one way to swing a club, rather in an infinite number of swing styles. But we do believe there is one efficient way for every player to swing, and it is based on what the player can physically do.” -Titleist Performance Institute (TPI)
