Do you have sudden pain in your shoulder, foot, back, knee, neck or elsewhere?

Did you injure yourself working from home, playing a seasonal sport or doing work around the house?

If you’re struggling with sudden pain and need quick relief, direct access to physical therapy (PT) can help. Get PT Now.

No Doctor Referral Needed with PT Now

Whatever the reason for your pain or strain, Good Shepherd’s PT Now program offers fast, convenient pain relief. No doctor referral is needed. As a result, we can start treating what’s bothering you fast at nearly 20 locations. Schedule PT Now by calling 1.888.44.REHAB (73422) .

How Direct Access Physical Therapy (PT Now) Works

After your initial evaluation, your Good Shepherd physical therapist may ask that you consult your primary care physician or specialist, depending on your needs. Don’t have a physician? For convenient, seamless care, PT Now can help you schedule an appointment with a Good Shepherd physician who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation.

PT Now is possible because Pennsylvania allows direct access to physical therapy.

Note: If you have Medicare, you will need a doctor’s prescription to receive physical therapy from Good Shepherd. However, Good Shepherd will work with your physician directly to obtain the prescription, making the process as smooth as possible for you.
